I can totally identify with your food cravings! It changes with the hour for me. The strangest foods will pop into my head. I'm taking a break day on the 31st after the first 30 days of HELL, and you wouldn't believe the list I have in my head of must eat foods LOL. But, everyday I deny the cravings ,I feel very satisfied and proud. That's better than Tiger Cake, right?

We have a bunny in our yard, too. He sits right under the bird feeder with the birds, the chipmunks, and the squirrels, no matter, and nibbles away. There's been a hawk keeping an eye on our yard lately, too...
Looks like you are hanging in there, Greg! Keep at it!

A Tiger Cake is sort of a marble cake. This bakery makes a delicious one.
Well stupidity or clumsiness may have bitten me. Time will tell.
I didn't feel bad at all when I got up this morning. I had to get ready for college football so I went to the gym this morning.
Warmup: 10 minutes on treadmill at 2.5 mph
BW Squat 10
Bird Dog 10
Lying Knee Raise: 10
Crunches: 2 x 15
Reverse Crunches: 2 x15
Supersets: Stepups 2 x BW x 15
Neutral Shoulder Press: 2 x 15 x 15
Goblet Squats: 2 x 35 x 15
DB Pullover: 2 x 25 x 15
10 Minute PR Zone: Incline Hammer Curl: 44 x 25
Tricep Pushdown: 50 x 30
After I did this, I went home, showered, did my banking and watched football. I noticed that my left elbow had swelled. It looks like I bruised it. I may have overdone my goofing around yesterday or bruised it when I slipped earlier and caught myself with my left arm. Time will tell. It is not the least bit painful, but given my previous history with strange swelling, I am going to watch it.

That cake sounds pretty much amazing! Mind you, I'm not eating grain for 3 months, so you could make a cake out of garbage and I'd eat it. LOL.
cross fingers for the elbow.

Pingpong ball size knot on my elbow which looks black and blue. If I don't see change tomorrow, I'm getting it checked out. I have occasional moderate pain in my forearm.

If meatloaf bakes, meat cake should do as well. I'm thinking of a mustard barbecue based icing. You have plenty of beef to experiment with. . .
Swelling is smaller today. I decided to give it another day before I panic.

I'd suggest getting it checked out regardless - just to be sure. But then again, I'm cautious like that.

If I had been a bit more cautiouus I'd still have 2 legs, a job, a marriage and a house. Nothing wrong with caution. Sorry about feeling sorry for myself, but that has been coming over me lately.

My elbow is still swelled but less so. I went to the Dr.'s office and he arranged for x-ray, just in case. He told me that he will call me if anything pops up. I guess that should relax me.
