I have noticed that since I lost my right leg, my left arm is my weaker arm. Since I am left handed, this is a problem. I am thinking of doing all bench presses, military presses and rows with one arm leading with my left arm. Any thoughts on this?

Thanks guys. Today's workout:
Nustep: 5 minutes at level 6.
Squats: 45 (bar) 3 x 10, 6
DB Incline Bench Press: 3 x 10 x 40, 10 x 35
Leg Press: 4 x 10 x 270
Seated Rows: 4 x 10 x 110
Crunches 4 x 10
Reverse Crunches: 4 x 10
Nustep: 5 minutes at level 6.
These were performed as 4 circuits with 2 minutes rest between circuits. Pooped out some on last circuit as my balance deserted me as I got tired. Mainly affected bar squats and DB incline bench press.

20 minutes on treadmill @ 2.5 mph.
Got my new kettlebells! I have to learn how to use them.

So far today I did 20 minutes on the treadmill @ 2.6 mph.
I watched a CD on kettlebell basics taught by John Davies and played around kettlebells. It will take a lot of getting used to, but will definitely be good for core strength and balance.

I'm thinking of moving to Antarctica to get away from the ragweed.

I just thought I could keep some at the house to do cardio type workouts and work on my balance and core strength. Plus, they look fun.

Hi Greg,
If you get stuck for ideas then have a look over at BUK's thread as I imagine he will be coming up with all sorts of weird and wonderful variations on training with kettlebells
