Today:

AM 20 minutes on the treadmill at 2.5 mph.
Noon: 20 minutes on the treadmill at 2.5 mph.

Ragweed season has made it hard for me to breath while I am doing cardio.

Allergies can be nasty -- hopefully the counts drop soon.

It's a good plan!!

Glad the leg is doing better. My Mom recently had her knee replaced and even at the age of 82 they have her doing squats as a key part of her rehab.

Gotta splurge once in a while. As long as it's not too often, I think you're good. I feel the same way though when I do that, mad at myself after the fact.

Awesome workouts, Greg. It sounds like your strength and stability are both increasing.

I might eat icecream tonight myself. Someone brought Dairy Queen home.

That could describe my diet downfalls to a T, every time.

Looks like you're making strong and steady improvements -- nice work

Me too ... I wonder why that is ... you eat something sweet and then it's like it is too sweet, so you have something salty, then it's too salty, so you have something sweet ... UGH!!

I think my problem is that pretzels go with almost every thing. They are heavenly with ice cream, great with mustard, great with dips. They are almost the perfect junk food. They almost fit the description of what a botanist described as a great weed.

Today, I didn't want to leave the house. I think it's just depression. So I used what I had to come up with a workout.

Pushups with feet on a bed frame. 8,6,6 These are hard!
Band Shoulder Pulls 3 x 10
Band Curls 3 x 10
Band overhead press 3 x 8
Squats 3 x BW x 10
King Deadlift (beside dresser for support) 3 x 6
One legged Squats (Beside wall and off stair step) 3 x 6
BW Stationary Lunge (beside dresser for support)

Treadmill 20 min at 2.5 elevation 2.

Hopefully the workout helped with the depression as well. I usually feel more uplifted after a workout.

I like your in-home workout, Greg! Way to go!

My favorite salt/sweet marraige?......Wendy's french fries dipped into a chocolate shake! Mmmmm....haven't had that in years!
