I am as thirsty as I can ever remember being. My blood sugar is normal but I am drinking like a horse! This is a bit of a problem because I have to watch if my leg swells in my prosthesis.

Yeah, I was thinking a glass or 5 of beer and maybe a dart game in a safe and friendly environment. Wasn't anticipating the mass violence of your normal hangouts.

You would think in a gun loving state like Pennsylvania, someone could return fire. Unfortunately the places were closed and no customers were there!

My goodness - that is a lot. I assume you mean excess water weight -
I can't imagine how different you will feel when it gone.
As always, lets us know.

Yes, it came on with the heat wave and my leg swelled alarmingly. I don't know if I have lost much yet. I don't seem to be running to the BR as much as I thought. It's a rather low dose. I had to go for tests today. Kidney function, blood tests et.al.. Anyway, there were no open parking spots around the hospital. I had to park far away and walk in. I was exhausted when I got there. I was exhausted after I returned. I walk on the treadmill, but distances on uneven ground are still very tough.

96 degrees and humid as hell! What better time to workout!
Warmup: NuStep 5 minutes level 6.
Leg Press: 240 x 10, 245 x10 and 250 x 10
Hack Squats: 50 x 10, 50 x 10 x 2
DB Bench Press: 40 x 10, 40 x 10 x 2
One Arm BO DB Row: 40 x 10, 40 x 10 x 2
Seated DB Military Press: 25 x 10, 25 x 10 x 2
Bridge: 2 x 30 sec, 2 x 30 sec
Performed as two circuits with 2 minutes rest in between.
Cooldown: Exercycle x 5 minutes.
This was exhausting. I could barely get the DBs up on last set of the seated military press. I almost crawled to the car and drove home. The AC in my car revived me.
