Hot muggy ugly day. I went to a job fair and my leg started on the phantom pain thing when I got home. I feel like I need to get a job and a routine to get my life going again. Unfortunately, every time I get going, I end up getting set back. Sooner or later, things have to start though.

Hot again today. I decided to go to the gym anyway because it's going to stay hot for a while.
My workout:
NuStep: 10 minutes at level 5.
Leg Press 205 x 10, 10 x 220
Dumbbell Bench Press: 40 x 10, 35 x 10
Dumbbell Split Squats: BW x 10, BW x 10
Seated Cable Rows: 105 x 10, 105 x 10
Squats: 25 x 10, 25 x 10
Crunches 10, 10
Step Ups BW x 10, BW x 10
Cooldown: Exercycle 10 minutes.
I did these exercises as circuits with no rest between other than set up. Two minute rest between circuits.
I did 20 minutes at 2.5 mph on a treadmill at home.
Good sweaty fun!

Looking good, Greg. The heat is with us through next week, so I guess its best to just keep going. Your workout looks great.

Sorry to hear about your recent misfortune, Greg. It looks like you're getting back into the swing of things this week though. Good job!

Greg,
As you were the first contributor to my log, I felt I had to pop over to yours to find out more about you......
Holysh**!! I'm glad I did.
You are my new hero in Perseverence and Dedication. I am truely honored and humbled that you visted. Thanks!
Your log prompted me to look at some of your previous posts. I hope I'm not being too nosey, but I would beat yourself up as being the one responsible for the loss of your leg. You put your trust in a medical professional who should have known better. Anyone of us could have done the same thing under the circumstances.
If ever I need the services of a good law dog, I'll look you up.
Until then you are the true Bionic man of JPFitness.

Just keep swimming. Just keep swimming. At SOME point some of the jacked up crap going on has to run out, I mean hell.

Hey Greg
Thanks for stopping by my journal earlier today. Sorry that you've had a streak of bad stuff too. I really hate when that happens.
