Squat - 2 X45 - 14 reps + 1 rep
Cable seated Row - 2X77lbs - 15 reps

Barbell Lunge 2X Olympic Bar X13
+ 1 rep

Triad C

Cuban Press 2X 22lb - 15 reps
+1rep
Calf rotation machine 2 - 115.5 - 15 reps +1 rep
Crunch 2 x BW - 15 reps
+1rep

Out of breath? Been there. I don't recall it ever becoming "easy", but you'll notice when you switch to an easier program (or Phase II) that you can handle much shorter rest periods than before.

Yeah, looking forward to stage 2 to be honest. Hopefully by then I will have built up the toughness that is clearly needed for this program

Another cardio day

warm up of 5 mins at 4 mph
- 1 min at 9.5 mph followed by 1 min at 4mph x5
- warm down of 5 mins at 4 mph

20 min gentle swim

** Really like going for a swim after the Running - more of a relaxing float about than a doing servious lengths
