Hey all, this is where me and Kevin(outta_town) are going to start posting our training log since we are both to stubborn and lazy to bring pen and paper to the gym. This will be our 4rth week of our program. Main goals are getting as strong as possible while steadily gaining weight. As for the name, I am currently working on a side project called
