Hey! The return of the abs avatar! Nice!
Can't tell you how much I miss Wegman's! The grocery stores around here just don't cut it. Consider yourself lucky.

TG,
I must be going blind to have missed this for the last week. I am glad to see you posting your log and wish you well in your pursuit of your certification. Kick ass, lady.

Thanks
Here is today's workout (still hard but I make it through):
Introductory Level TT
Workout A
Lying Hip Extensions (2sets x 8reps)
Plank (2 x 15seconds)
Bodyweight Squat (2 x 10)
Bird Dog (2 x 5)
Kneeling Pushup (2 x 8)
Side Plank (2 x 5sec per side)
Band Pull (2 x 15)
Ab Curl-up (2 x 6) 5sec hold at top
As for NSCA prep...took the Sample Test...just missed passing by 2 points..grrr...not too bad I guess considering I haven't studied one bit yet. I should be good to go for the exam in February. Started listening to the Symposium CD's and reading Ch. 1 in the Essentials of PT book.

Great job staying steady with the workouts TG!
Pretty good score for not even studying yet! You'll do great on the exam after you've had time to study. Let me know if you need any help with any of it!

Thanks Lisa
Getting into the first chapter now...about the structure of the muscle and how it works. My previous anatomy experience is definitely a plus. The human body never ceases to amaze me. I don't think you really get a grasp on how amazing it is until you study it in detail. I love learning about it.

Great job on the workout's TG and on getting into studying. Sounds like it will prove to be very interesting!

Thanks Jimmy. It's been hard having to come back to it so slow. But I know it's the way it has to be done.
