So being the idiot that I am and checking the fitcast website for my weeks 6 and 7, I then checked over my emails and found out that I had not attached it but sent Kevin an email explaining about the weeks without any of the items I was talking about attached.
Sigh....
BUT. He has them now, along with week 8, so they should be staggered over the course of the week. Yay!
Yesterday I workout with with our very own weight set and today I did the elliptical machine. I went for 40 minutes, no intervals. Yesterday I did an upper body workout, including biceps, triceps, shoulders and shrugs.
I ate well (I am getting that down pat) although I was up till about 3 in the morning.
Galya and I took measurements tonight of myself. They will be posted in the week 8. I am very happy. We have decided to post pictures at week 12, right before my birthday, so that everyone can see the progress that I have made.
