db bench- 30lbs(each hand)/12; 35lbs(eh)/10 x 2 sets
lat raises- 10lbs/8+7.5lbs/8+5lbs/8 (no rest) x 2 sets (thumbs down)
skull crushers- 25lbs(eh)/10 x 3 sets
Concentration curls- 25lbs/12 x 3 sets
No bands in site so no Arnold presses or banded lateral raises today. Oh well it will have to do. Next week going to up some of the weights (db bench esp) and get my ass back to where it should be. Gonna soak in a hot tub I have a little doms from the sumo deads yesterday. Will weigh myself after the bath. Stay tuned for the update

Thought I'd better update this thing. December has been the worst month of my life!!! Ok well pretty close to it anyway! Between my boys the whole month has been spent taking care of sick little boys. If one wasn't sick it was the other one. Christmas was awful. Jordy had the flu so bad form Dec. 23 and 24th that he was just flaked out on Christmas. Poor kid, laid there, no opening presents, no getting excited, no eating, high fever. So needless to say for the week before Christmas and up until about three days ago I have spent all night getting up every 1/2 hour to wipe down one of the boys and try to get them to drink to stave off dehydration. I finally ended up having to take Jordy to the ER to get medicine because he just wasn't getting better. Turns out he had just started getting a ear and throat infection. So we battled a cold and the flu and now this. He is feeling much better and is back to his normal self. Wooohoooo!! Damian is back to his normal self. Woohhooo!!!! ....
Then darnit I get sick! Spent the other morning in the ER for 4 hours. Not fun! At least I was sick enough that I was put on a stretcher in the ER for the whole time. Turns out I got some wacky combination of throat infection/cold/something else. Point being that after a month of no sleep and taking care of little sick people my system was worn out and I picked up several things at once. Lucky me. So I have slept most of the last few days away. Feel like crap but getting better, now if I could get rid of the side effects from the medication I would be great. At any rate I am going to close this log and start a new one in the new year- lol thats tomorrow!! Once I am back on my feet, fever free etc...

I'm halfway there. Finish the med's at the end of this week and a day or so to get them outta my system. I'll start a new log at the beginning of next week. Being sick has given me extra time to think and go over what I am going to do.

As you know Jenn we spent most of 2006 sick, some things we passed between the four of us and some we never did figure out, but all in all I FEEL YOUR PAIN! Having sick kids SUCKS!! And being the only one to call at night sucks just as bad...Michael's always available if I'm at my wits end, but 99.9% of the time it's just me.
Hope you're able to kick this to the curb and get on with 2007!
