Thanks Red, I'm doing my best for them, I only hope it is good enough. My boys are such amazing little guys and I love them more than anything.

I've always had a fondness for beagles from reading Charlie Brown as a kid. Snoopy was the best! Unfortunately, my dog allergy means I can't own one. But I make do with my buddy, Matt, the (non-allergenic) Wheaten Terrier!

He's 9. A month younger than my son ... a fact for which my wife has yet to forgive me. LOL ... new baby and new puppy was a bit of a handful.  The crown ... my daughter likes to dress him up.  He's VERY understanding, much more than I would be! :p

Thats soo sweet. Its great that they have grown up together Chester is the same age as Jordy so it is perfect. Dogs are usually very understanding when kids dress them up. Chester often becomes bat dog at my house I love dogs !!

Sorry for neglecting things guys. Things moved along faster than they were supposed to. Therefore no computer and I am using my Dad's but it is so fickle!!
Yesterday's workout
lat pull downs- 80lbs/12;90lbs/10;100lbs/9
flys- 25lbs/12 x 3 sets
cable row-85lbs/12; 100lbs/10; 100lbs/9
db bench press- 30lbs/12; 35lbs/10 x 2 sets
skull crushers-22.5lbs/10 x 3sets
concentration curls- 25lbs/12; 25lbs/10 x 2 sets
crunches- 55lbs/10 x 3 sets
reverse crunches- 55lbs/10 x 3 sets
Today's
squats- 115lbs/12 x 2 sets; 135lbs/10 x 2 sets
Leg press- 70lbs(plates only no idea how much the carriage thingy is)/12; 140lbs/12; 190lbs/10 x 2 sets
hammie curls-70lbs/12; 100lbs/12 x 2 sets
SLDL-115lbs/12; 115lbs/12; 135lbs/10
short and sweet! I can't wait for my computer to be connected  .

You can find out how much the sled weighs from the manufacturer. The one at my gym weighs 135.
