 Thanks everyone!! Gobbla thanks for the virtual noogie  I printed off the HGM routine for one of the girls at work already after talking to her about working out. She may start coming in to workout with me a couple times a week. The only thing I worry about when I start the bw circuits at work is the security cameras. So far the personal watching the cameras have been the girls, but that changes this week  hopefully no one says anything. I was good today, my boss called wanting me to work tomorrow (my day off) and I said no. I haven't answered my phone for the rest of the day either
Thursday Oct. 12/06
Squats- 95lbs/15 x 3 sets ( YES!!!! I'm squating again, and no pain    )
leg press- 90lbs/8; 130lbs/8 x 2 sets
leg curls- 60lbs/10 x 3 sets
bulgarian split squats- 25lbs/12 x 3 sets
Wanted to do RDL's but I got tired of waiting for equipment. Thats what I get for working out in the afternoon when all the college kids wake up. I was kinda mad because for the most part they were using the bars for curling, after waiting for 10 min's I just opted for going home instead.

The leg press I can understand, but unless the curls are prescribed, you should know better, young lady.
I thought you were doing NROL. What happened to that?

I read that 10:30AM - 12:00PM is the best time of the day. It seems that way at my gym, but I don't have trouble with curlers in the AM. They're all sleeping.

Curls are prescribed please don't beat me  and I am still rehabbing it before I go back on NROL but don't worry very very soon I'll be back on it. Today was the first time I could squat without pain. I was in the gym at 12pm and it sucked. The college is right across the street so I guess that is when everyone gets up.

Awwww is it any wonder why I love this place!!! Thanks everyone  I was so happy to squat w/o pain I could have done back flips (thought I'd better not, I'd probably hurt myself  ) So now I will work back up to my pr and I am gonna sail past it! I am really looking forward to pulling some decent numbers again  Everyone gives me the modivationa and inspiration to keep going and thanks to you all I made it thru the injury with out doing anything stupid  So Cheers  Hugs all around.

Lower body day today. Was a super fast workout before I had to go to work. Whew I worked up a sweat though!! So here it is...
Squats- 95lbs/15 reps x 3 sets... then I learned a new grip and varied the width Huge difference I can see some big numbers happening once I work my way up to some decent weights again.
leg press- 90lbs/8; 160lbs/8 x 3 sets
RDL's with shrugs-135lbs/6; 135lbs/4 ( dumbass move should have went lighter and worked my way up, I felt it in my back now I pray I didn't screw up my progress  )
Leg curls- 60lbs/8 x 3 sets
That was it and then I changed and raced off to work.

Hey guys  The new grip is just a narrow grip,, so way closer than I would normally grab the bar, and thumbs over. The bar sits lower on my traps than I have been placing it. What a difference it made, tightened everything up, I felt my core was way more solid and the weight seemed lighter. It was awesome.
Greg it doesn't matter what I wear, security is still going to have a field day with it. But they season is almost over so they only have until the 31st to make fun of me.
