Still having back issues, but I saw Bruce today and he worked on me for almost 1 hour. I'll be sore today but I should start feeling better by tonight once the nerves start calming down. I have some big issues that we are going to work on from the accident, and a couple minor things from before that he will fix for me. My knees are still perfect from when he last worked on me. I'm really lucky too, he is doing it for free and we are going to start working out together so that I can train smarter and be injury free. We discussed how I should train and because of my size and strength I should only lift really heavy once a month. At any rate I should start seeing really good gains and be free of aches and pains. So after the FL program I have someone really awesome to train with. So look out! Because of my job I will be doing treatments often, lifting heavy ppl in squishy places puts me at risk for a whole lot of problems. Right now we will work on the IQ band, hammies and glutes, that seems to be where I need the most work. Thank God for Bruce, he isn't charging me a penny!

Ok I should have done this at the beginning but here goes now anyway.
My goals, and yes I know I have a lot of work ahead of me and yes I know also that I will never ever look exactly like this. Its just a goal to work towards. So this is the kind of body I would like to aim for. Awesome arms, nice stomach (not too ripped) I think I could get pretty close!
So here are her stat's 5'6" ; 116lbs; 34-24-33
And against my better judgement here is where I am at. (I must be nuts posting these but here I go)
No comments on Elmo plz! So my stat's : waist (at belly button)-26.5; hips (where my c section scar is) 34.5 and arm (flexed) 13" (unflexed) 11 3/4"
5'5" and 125lbs and holding. I did these last week so that will be a goo guage on how the program works out. Daunting is the 2.5 inchs I would have to shave off my waistline and the 2.5 off the hips. I don't really think the 1.5 will come off but thats ok that I don't mind. I would settle with 25.5 on the waist or 25 but 24 seems like an unrealistic goal. So thats it. There it is. My fat gut and my big goals. Hey I have a plan and a goal thats what counts right!

Your goals are not out of reach. You look great already and a leaner core (and the hips tend to go down at the same time) can be achieved with very clean eating and hard work at the gym. We know you can put in the hard work, so it's going to be up to your nutrition plan to make the difference. You can do it. You've made the commitment.

I eat really good as it is, but I am doing some tweeking to my diet now. I think the two things that may be hard for me are 1) sleep and stress problems- just goes with raising kids alone and with my job 2)cardio- bane of my existance but I will start jump rope hitt again, that I like and I can handle. Just no running plz!! I beg you. I think that getting my core back to where it was when I was younger is going to be really really tough, I used to be 23" until I was 25 and got pregnant. 25" sounds good to me. Thanks for your support Lisa, if you have any advice I would love to hear it. I'm all ears.

Just a reminder...when you look at pics of fitness models, they are in comp shape...they diet down to very low levels of BF before their photo shoots and or competitions. They don't look like that ALL the time.
You are not nuts posting your pics...you look awesome already. If you wanna see some bodyfat..I'll send you mine..lol. I had my best abs when my diet was perfect. Maybe you can post a day or two of what you currently eat and we can take a look at it.

Thanks Tg I just wish I could see what they look like everyday outside of comp shape. I think Renee looks like that in the pics all the time as she is a model as well. I follow Berardi's rules except for drinking too much coffee but I have been cleaning my diet up even more. Lucky for me I love eating the foods that are good for me and don't like carbs too much. I'll try to post up a couple of days soon, this week is crazy busy so it will be after the weekend.

I think your goals are absolutely attainable. Clean up diet more, you already have beautifully sized arms and your abs look nice, too. I fully agree with what Lisa said. You are closer to that goal than you think, however don't forget ; thoughts become things; if you say you will never look exactly like this then you never will. Visualize, work hard, things will happen

Timmy- Me too and that I can do!
Galya- Thanks for the vote of confidence! Three weeks of not lifting set me back a bit but things are back on track. My weak points are cardio and a little in the way of diet, but I'm woking on both.
LD- the coffee thing- I take 3 cream in my coffee, talk about empty calories! Berardi says not to drink empty calories, and I drink alot of coffee. Time to cut down...a lot If I drank my coffee black like you I would be ok I think.
Edchap-Elmo says thank you

There are other things I would cut before the cream.

That pretty much the worst thing in my diet. So I'm not sure what else to cut. I am going to go over the whole thing and see where I may be going wrong. I have some homework to do I think!
