Yeah, Kevin, that's it. Be defiant with that mirror. You'll scare it into showing you gains.

OK, OK, This is out of hand.

I did workout A today for the third time (week3). In the past 2 weeks My bench has gone up 25 lbs!!

And I did 6 reps by mistake instead of 5!!

Also DB Row up 5 lbs.

Seriously this is getting adicting!!! Size and strength are up like never before. Arms and chest are noticibly bigger, Legs too! I have had skinny legs for ever after I lost that 35 lbs 5 years ago. I am planning on doing 6 weeks today before I go to cut. Depending on where I am of course.

Along with the program I have been taking Beta-7, so that may be factoring in as well in recovery, strength and size.

I do notice some more BF, but I was prepaired and am not stressing out too much. I can live it for another month.

If you are an TT member check out the new Muscle Program today, or check out CB's sub-forum. Seriously I have never had better resutls with any program.

I always thought you had to keep the mass for a few months if you wanted it to stick? Like a maintenence phase? Maybe im wrong.

Kevin, does the TT Mass come with a nutrition plan? What has your diet been like?

Squat up from 190 to 225 since week 1 (8 reps)

RDL up 195 to 245 (For 8 reps) New personal best. I couldn't do 245 for 3 one month ago!!

Thanks
