Immencely. It's amazing how simple it is. You free emotions and let them go.Then they are no longer in the way. It works great with pain, too. You can do it to other people. It's very cool.

Pain has two places that it goes to in the brain. In laymans' terms: One is the sensory spot (in the bak of your brain), the other is the emotional spot (frontal). Both places account for the feeling of pain. EFT can help with the frontal thus making pain less. You know intellectually that pain is and should be there because you have that condition. This itself makes it stronger. EFT can help with that. Just start and work. Your sentences can be like that:
"Even though my
a) toe hurts
b) I have pain in my toe because a bone is shorter than it should be
c) I believe I have pain because of a shorter bone
....and finish the sentence. Try wording the problem from different angles.

You can go upward but it gives more stress to your back.
For more intensity I prefer to go down holding a dumbbell between my feet.

I can imagine
Reminder : do not take ZMA prior to writing log, your fingers miss keys.
I had to skip weight training today, something unexpected took up my afternoon.
I did 50 minutes of jumping, kind of plyo style, something called 90x plyometrics workout. I must admit it looked like bogus at first http://www.beachbody.com/jump.jsp?it...RY&path=1,2,21
but jumping for 50 minutes was pretty challenging. My legs were smoked at the end. Better than I expected especially the jump squats and lunges (must have done over 200 of each).
Did some crunches and was done.
Food:
1. yogy/raspberries
2. beef/cauliflower
3. drink of yogurt/goat cheese
4. drinkable yogurt/egg/leeks/tomato
I am almost asleep at the PC. That stuff works.

They are generally better than most videos I see. Nothing extraordinary, tho, just a mix of stuff I've done at a different pace. I like the plyo and kickbox ones, they are challenging and make me feel like I was out sprinting, which is what I want. Just a tool for when I can't be out or in the studio. My home and the CDs is all I need. I also watch a lot of videos because I like to watch instructors at work. I never got dumber from watching other trainers train people. My friend is an exercise video fanatic.

Traps are sore tonight.
Had a cheat meal, some cold cuts, cheese, creme brulee, 3 pieces of chocolate, ball of ice-cream and small serving of popcorn.
Watched Chaos, not a bad flick, Jason Statham was great as usual. He's put on some weight but is still one of the hottest guys out there.
