I know it sounds lame, but as someone who can't do crap for bicep and tricep work, I am stunned at how much of that you can tolerate. Just the thought gives me pain.
8% bf for the summit? Maybe JP should consider no t-shirts for the guys then!

Why Galya.... this is the first time I've seen you flirt. :p

I'm going to do everything in my power to make sure I'm at that # before the Summit. I've got my eye on the goal and I'm not losing it.

I can't wait to me you Galya. I was looking forward to it last year and then neither of us could make it. I'm anxious to talk to you about the Spider workouts. Do you think Milko will be able to make it also? I hope.

LD - I'm betting a man with your nutrition knowledge could go shirtless too.

Today was an off weight day.

20 mins HIIT jump rope and direct ab work which consisted of weighted crunches on the swiss ball.

It would be very exciting to meet you, too Milko won't be coming this year, but I hope I can convince him for next year. Things are a bit complicated with visas and stuff, but we'll make it happen if he wants to.

You haven't been listening... I look fine with a shirt on, not off.

Maybe you guys can go on a book tour when you get around to writing that book on secret soviet training secrets. As long as the nutrition section isn't just "eat organs" it'll take off. Really.

W4 D6
shoulders

bb shoulder press - 155; 185; 185; 185; 185
ss w/
incline lat raises - 35's all 5 sets

alternating db press - 60's all 5 sets
ss w/
upright row - 80; that's it. too much pain

cable row to neck - 70 all 5 sets
ss w/
incline rear delt raise - 30's all 5 sets.

I hurt my right, front delt over the course of the last couple weeks. Overuse I'm sure. Between my flat bb benching and my weighted dips I've really put myself in a painful spot. I attempted to work through it, but some of the exercises tonight just plain hurt. I started out ok, but after those 185 bb presses, I had to drop the weight by about 20% on the alternating db presses. Then the upright row? Well, forget it. I got one set and that was all I could tolerate.

That's because LD has a tattoo he doesn't want us to see. Peter told him what it really meant...

Take care of that shoulder and don't push it too far.

Thanks Bill.

Off weight day. 20 mins HIIT burpees.
Weighted ab work and trunk work.

Tomorrow I'm starting the 2nd 4 week period of the Optimized Volume Training. A new log will ensue here.
