I had enough energy today to get all of the intervals in running. It seems the farther I get away from the past weekend the more energy I have, Hmmm wonder why that is.

Threw in some new exercises today just to keep it fresh the twists on the decline board with your body angled at 45 degrees adds a whole new meaning to "Holy Crap".
