Gabe - not sure yet. I think we're going our separate ways at this point. I'm contemplating a round of ABBH I for the balance of this year, then either NROL or BoM for the New Year.

I'm actually contemplating starting the Men's Fitness routines each month for the novelty and to see if they really are worth a sh*t.

I am doing Time-Efficient Hypertrophy by Joel Marion. 30 minute workout, 5x week. One week of 5x8 next 10x5 with a 1x50 on fridays.
