I'm a bit hard-pressed to see how the DB version is a woodchopper and not a reverse woodchopper, but I find the DB version more evil than the cable version personally.

A1) Close Grip bench 3x6 @ 165 (+5)
A2) Weighted Chins 3x8 mixed - 5 regular BW + 3 negatives

Superset B
B1) Dip 3x8 @bw
B2) 80 degree db curl 3X8 @ 30

Superset C
C1) DB Preacher 3x12 @25
C2) DB Lying Tri Ext 1x8 @30; 2x8 @75 ez-curl

Me showing off, you guys low ball the wieght in the beginning so it looks like you have big gains through the month I might be able to hit 165, but it might be tough.

Nope. I may be cautious at the beginning, but no low-balling of weights here. Notice that there hasn't been all the spectacular an increase in weight the last 2 weeks.
