Default Larrabee is Hardcore!!!

It has been a while since I did a log so I decided it would be good to do it again. I am starting a two phase attack of Craig Ballantyne's Fat-Loss Fusion and HardCore Fat-Loss programs to finnish cutting for this summer.

I begin week 1 of Fusion again monday. I will keep you all posted.

Hey, hey, hey,

Hold on, I did the workout. I just basically went right from the gym, to my house then to work. So here it is. Keep in mind I am doing the beta version of this workout since I got to try it before everyone else did. I am starting off with the Hardcore workout:

A1) DB Press 3x6- 2x70lbs
A2) BB Row 3X8- 125lbs
B1) DB INcline Press 4x8- 2x55lbs
(no rest)
B2) DB Fly 4x10- 2x35lbs
C1) Deadlift 3x20- 115
Intervals 6x30secons with 30 seconds rest

Superset B always kicks my ass. Thats alot of chest work. But as usuall the workout was awsome. Nothing like some TT.

Today's workouts:

BB Complexes (Like a circuit without rest)- 2 Rounds: All done with 95 lbs.
Split Squat- 8-reps
Good Morning- 8-reps
Military Press- 8 reps
BB Row- 8 reps
Deadlift- 8 reps

BW Circuit- 2 rounds
Jumping Jacks (60)
Decline Spiderman Pushups (8xeach side)
Siff Squat (25)
1-leg RDL (8xside)
Burpees (10)

This is a short but killer workout. Takes about 20 minutes.

I think in this case CB threw in the BB complexes to make a more challenging form of BW intervals. And damn does it work!!!

So on those BB complexes, it looks like Craig has designed it such that you never put the BB down just move from one exercise to the next, eh! That's gotta get you huffin and puffin. Looks tough!

Yes the BB complexes are nasty!!! But thats how I like it, I like that, "O shit I might puke" feeling from a workout.

Good work Kevin. I love/hate barbell complexes too. My current favorite is
conventional dead
RDL
BB row
hang clean
front squat
push press
back squat
good morning

Do you do yours one rep each or a few reps of each lift moving on to the next lift without pause? I've been doing 6 reps each lift, rest, 5 reps, 4, 3, 2, 1. It's a complex I got from Alwyn Cosgrove.
