Legs, just sore, knees are great. Rebounded well from the injury I had at the summit.

A light day today, just woke up, went to the gym.
Shot around for a little bit, did about 7 minutes of jump-rope (non-stop) and 4 intervals on the bike.

Just a relaxing "me" day. Untill work at 4....

Thanks,

I don't know why I was in a bad mood. I am doing better today. Honestly I think it was just my diet slipping and in those two days back to a clean diet, your mood plummets.

Sometimes we just don't know where our bad moods come from. Everything can be going great, but you're down. It could be something as simple as a dream that you don't even remember you had.

Next time you're down, review what a kick-ass job your doing on your workouts, diet, and of course, all that's FitCast related.

I know you said it was diet related (maybe), but remember how far you've come from the recent past. I could provide you a link (just don't read it with IE).

I almost had some ice cream today. Not so, i just stopped myself. And when I get into the grove of saying "Uhhhhh, fuck that" I know I am good.

So fuck you ice cream, and your mother...

Excellent! Good for you! You will find that each time you overcome the temptation to eat something that is not on your plan, you will grow stronger and that will make it easier to face and overcome the next temptation.

Todays Workout:

1A) Squat Jumps 3x6- 155lbs (up 10 lbs)
1B) Spiderman Pushups- 10 per side
2A) Squat 3x8- 220lbs
2B) SB Crunch- 3x15
3A) Good Morning (3x10) 105 lbs (up 10 lbs)
3B) Front Squat 3x8- 115lbs

BW Circuit
Y-Squat 1x20
Inverted Row 1x10
Decline Push=ups 1x20
(8 minutes Jump Rope)

In the words of Tom Arnold in True Lies, What kind of sick bitch puts GM and Front squats in the same superset? I almost died. Even the squat jump/Spiderman push up SS is killer.

Even a better Q: who puts that superset last in the workout?
The body weight circuit sounds innocent compared to the supersets. Good job
