9/12/06 Full body RE
Dynamic stretching and mobility - 8-10 minutes
*Workout*
Done in rounds, 3 rounds total
Squats
BWx50
Pushups
BWx35
Lunges
BWx20 (each) with 30 second hold on last rep
Chinups
BWx10
I had a lot of running to do, so I figured I'd do some body weight stuff at home. No rest between exercises, 90 seconds or so between rounds... kicked my ass! I'm finding the chins are becoming more difficult as my body weight increases... go figure!

That's the problem with you fat-loving boys.
Good job keeping Mr. Pukey at bay on this one Steve. Quite the workout...

I'm not fat... I'm pleasantly plump!
9/13/06
Went for a nice leisurely bike ride. Strapped on my MP3 player, cranked up Ice Ice Baby, and rode. It was cool out... upper 60's and nice and dark (rode around 9pm). Found some good hills to do my HIIT on. Rode a little over 3 miles in around 15 minutes.

You're a brave man, Charlie Brown. You can't hear the bozo coming up over the hill behind you at 50 mph and he may or may not see you...

That's why I went at night... so I can see the headlights.
I have 4 12" subs in my trunk... couldn't hear a bomb go off next to me with the stereo cranked, so I figured I'd take a little noise on my bike ride too.

At first I was wondering what you were doing with 4 foot-long subs in your trunk...guess my mind is on food at the moment...I'm such a dork
Sounds like you had a good ride though

HA! That's funny!
I'm surprised no one has said anything about jamming to Vanilla Ice!

"Rollin, in my 5.0 with my rag top down so my hair can blow."
9/14/06 Full body DE
Dynamic stretching and mobility - 8-10 minutes
*Workout*
Speed bench
6x3x155
Chinups
3x10xBW (explosive concentric, release at top)
Jump split squats
3x10xBW
Speed deads
6x3x155
I didn't get in as much as I would've liked. Worked on my car for a couple hours, cooked dinner, did dishes... only left me a little time to workout before I had to shower and hit the hay. The jump split squats were interesting...

Great work Steve. I like the sound of the explosive chins, and I might have to try them...
