In your back pics above, you appear to look bigger at 202 than 225. Kinda like what Thibaudeau talks about in Truth about Bulking

Maybe, I think that as I drop more BF that ill look better.. Another month or two to go yet.

No idea on weight, doctors for check up tomorrow, probally find out then.

today: Snowshoeing

about 3 hours of somewhat hard excersice. Was pretty fun, we went to the middle of nowhere, it was cold.

Hard ass workout, easier then last time though.

Doctors appointment today, he recomended full bloodwork, so who knows what will come of that.

At home workout. Pretty easy. Everything was fast which is the goal here. Up 20 on the rows and 10 on the situps.

whaaaaat a shitty night.

Bad diet, angry girlfriend (because of me..), have to fast starting in an hour for bloodwork.

Bah just turning out to be one of those days after a good start.
