Suuuuure

I dont know how low I want to go. I add alot of weight (good weight) when I add in carbs again so I think in the end I could be a semi-lean 185-190.

Deff a noticable change. All I can say is stick with it and dont give up untill you break under 13%. You cant see drastic changes from 13-18% but once you hit 13, every % you drop is like looking at a whole nother person.

nice work so far. You definitely look leaner, especially in your arms.

No time this week, taking it pretty easy.. or so I thought until I did front squats again! god damn I hate front squats so much. The form is getting pretty good, but they are damn hard. Diet going good.. Energy levels decent these days which I am very happy with. Only 18 more days of this current diet, then im changing it up a bit and quite looking forward to it. Going to try a more balanced approach in january (berardi style). Might pick up some LBM adding some carbs back in when I do that.

bw + 35 x 3 <- last rep grinded... got it though.

DB Bench Press
50 x 10
90 x 3
90 x 3
90 x 3
90 x 3
90 x 3
90 x 3 <-last rep 1/2 rep because I was going to fail it.

Back Extensions
*never done these. Didnt want to do sets or only 3 reps yet. Will slowly bring down reps and up weight by quite a bit.
bw x 15
bw x 15

Side Bends
50 x 3 (per side)
70 x 3
x 3
x 3
x 3
x 3
x 3

10 mins of stretching/mobility

owwwwww. Obliques are sore after that. Weights was all pretty good, I was guessing on most of it. Front squat numbers havnt improved much in a while.. but its not my legs that are the weakness, its more core strength/tendency to bend forward on the squat. Im working on it. Going to follow this for 20 or so days. I cant do very much stuff when I go home for a few weeks so ill keep it simple.

Thanks guys,

Damn sore today. Those back extensions killed me.. Kind of weird. Seeing as it is a.. bw back extension hah!

I have nothing to do for the next 2 weeks, no school, no job.. Makes eating low calories much harder imo.. its all im thinking about, oh well. I dont have a planned re-feed until the 26th. Im somehow going to make it through christmas day, hah.

My hardest days are when I'm home doing nothing. Give me work or anything, and I'll eat okay.

Yeah.. Oh well ill get through it.

Yesterday was a nice surprise. In my gf's program right now shes doing 8 rep deadlifts. She was complaining that they killed her. I asked how much weight she has on them.. She says "40kg".. Im thinking, how in the hell are you sore with 40kg! Then later in dawns on me, she had 40kg on each side of the bar, plus the bar! 220lbs x 8 is pretty impressive for a 130lbs girl thats only been deadlifting for a few months!

Gonna train later today I think. Still pretty damn sore.
