ha, well, it wasn't my undies, it was my frantz squat briefs. But yeah, i'm pretty sure it could have been me through my other briefs. thanks.

had more reps in me, but for some reason, my right quad cramped up bad, and had to rack it.

Good day squatting. I was trying to work really hard on my form, and i think i did better today. There was some rocking on the higher weight, but not nearly as bad as before. Not sure why my quad cramped. I probably need potassium... had like 3-4 liters of water today, so i'm not dehydrated.

yea i always use briefs for squats. they're loose though, as i ordered them a size bigger. i use them because my hips ache days after if i don't
