Hey Thanks MM, and no I didn't even think about adding in Straight-Leg Deads, I'll have to remember that next time I do a S2B phase.

Today was "testing" day #2

Exercises were all worked to 3RM

Flat Bench Press:
150x4

*got three reps out, but I fired up one more since I felt I had it in me.

Hang Snatch:
80x3

*WOW, this is a difficult exercise. Gonna do some research and make sure I'm doing it right.

Box Squat:
180x3

*Felt form was good, gonna make sure.

Matt
