Default Ryan's Misc. WO Thread

Hey guys. I am doing a program from CT to bring up my lagging arms before my cuttin gsession sometime in May. I just wanted a place to log my progress for about a month.

HERE is the program.

I am currently on week four and doing random workouts in between.

Monday April 10th

Squat:
Warmup: 1X12X175
working sets
3X5X275
3X3X305

Leg Press*:
5X5X520

Trying to bring the quads up a little bit after doing so much wide stance squats so I put the feet closer to the bottom of the platform on leg press. Wanted to do some step ups but was pressing time for work.

I was just thinking the same thing. No squats for me. I need a program if any one has one.

Hey, Ryan,
Nice to see you doing a training log. Nice numbers, but then again, you were one of the resident mofo's at the summit.
