Did weights today and added a hip flexor stretch to my stretching routine, so that I can get deeper in squats (I am verrry tight at that point in the movement)

well, did about 1.5 hrs of tennis last night. Oh yeah, about a 4-5 days ago I was at Jcrew and I fit into 34x32 pants! But in the italian type designers im still wearing 36 (low rise).

Hey Mary, I have only played a half a dozen times since I quit the team after sophomore year of high school, but I'm getting back into it now - my roomate is very good and we both joined the tennis club!

did weights today - increased my number of reps/weight in several exercises! yay!
Didnt get stretching in afterwards, though. Will be playing tennis for about 1.5 hours tonight.

Did weights this morning. Increased my numbers in a few exercises, including incline db chest press (I'm up to 45 lbs/side). Did squats and knees feel good, so thats a good sign (only using 150 pounds, though). Did all stretches except hip flexor (forgot how to do it!).

ZACH I had to quit the little tennis I played when I started fencing seriously.. the arm mouvement realy is opposite.. so I played mostly badminton.. but my mother played alot and I was always interested in the sport. unfortunately.. with 3 tennis elblows in the last 3 years (from badminton, then from fencing, and then from something stupid) I won't be playing again I think, even now that I'm not fencing anymore. But log alot about tennis.. you'll always have an interessted reader

17 min HIIT with cooldown

full stretches (adding a hip flexor one, too)

Well, havent been getting much exercise in due to school/passover. However, I also haven't been eating very much. I am down to 192 lbs.

Passover was followed by the last couple furious weeks of school - I have been working out some (not a lot) but haven't gotten around to recording it. School is over in about 10 days and then I will start TT and kick some ass. Thanks for kicking my butt into gear though, K-court, in your honor I will make a smoothie today!
