1. $200 for a pair of jeans?? Yikes. That buys a lot of protein powder.

2. Starting weight's not bad for someone 5'11". What's your weight goal when all is said and done? I think it's important to have an end goal in sight. At 5'10", mine is 180 at <10% bf.

3. Chicken McNuggets? Dude, what were you thinking? No more of that or we'll have to seriously kick yer a$$!

What is it about food that everything that tastes so good is so bad for you? It's simply not fair. (Not that I'm a McNuggets fan myself but I think chocolate cheesecake falls into that category as well .... )

Great goal. Clearly achievable.

I did them on the elliptical. I sometimes switch it up with the stair master. Thanks for so much support, K-Court!

Nice going on the routine, Zach. How's the ACL feeling?

I just found out I have a hip flexor issue. Getting some physio on it atm. It's not debilitating but it hurts. The PT said I have to lay off squats for a bit.

Good for you for being a blood donor. I am a long time donor myself and organize drives at my office. It's a great deed you are doing! Good to see a young guy like you doing your part.

hey kcourt. the acl feels good today. Once in awhile it just aches for no good reason. Nothing much I can do. Physical therapy is good stuff. My mom is in charge of a hospital therapy dept (psych/speech/physical) and my sis just joined the field, with a doctorate in phys. therapy. I guess I didn't want to feel too left out with my history degree, so thats why I got the CPT :P The blood donation sucked. I had an appointment for 11:15 and I didnt get started until 12. Really cut a chunk out of my day. Oh well, its a very good cause.

knee hurt pretty bad this morning, no weights :/
no point in going to my school clinic, they don't even have doctors. When I originally injured my knee I went there and the FNP testing my leg had no idea what she was doing and completely misdiagnosed my torn acl.

Might be worth a shot if it doesn't improve. Though with something like that you'll probably be waiting a while in the ER to be seen.

Awesome, lets hope it stays that way. Do you know what causes it to act up?
