According to MALE "GRECIAN IDEAL" PROPORTIONS:
http://sandowmuseum.com/ideal.html
• my hip is ideal
• my arms are smaller (-10%)
• my legs are smaller (-5%)
Problem: I have pain in my arms after every high intensity workout. I need intensity rest for my arms.
Plan:
• squat and lunges - only low volume and high intensity (no hip gain)
• sissy squat - staminas, volume (quadriceps and calf gain)
• dips - 70-75% intensity, volume (triceps and pectoralis gain; no arm pain)
• chin-ups - 70-75% intensity, volume (biceps and latisimus gain; no arm pain)
• barbell side bents - high intense (oblique)

Perhaps you need some recovery work for your arms, on off days. Get the blood in there.
Gotta hit those ideal grecian proportions.

Your minimalist approach is fascinating. If I could figure out how to say more with less, so many people would be happy.

Yes, and typically you can only see them on the really, really cut. I've never seen them this pronounced.
