Maybe we should take a picture of the twisted deadlift.
Look at this meaning of twisted:
3. (1) distorted, misrepresented, perverted, twisted -- (having an intended meaning altered or misrepresented; "many of the facts seemed twisted
out of any semblance to reality"; "a perverted translation of the poem")
I think it fits very well

It is the vitamin A that boosts the testosterone + some of the minerals. Pork liver does not have a lot of vit D.
Anyway, since we talked last time I became a pork liver fan myself. Been eating like 1 and 1/2 kg of liver weekly. My testosterone is definetely up. Milko's secret is out

About "D": cod liver oil, butter and ... we have a pool
Some cells can use Vitamin D as a substitute for testosterone when testosterone is unavailable.

That's a bit misleading statement from a page about menopause.

I am glad I was not at the studio to watch the one leg railing squats. You are a balance warrior.

NO COURAGE, NO GLORY!
I swear Milko is a muscle black hole. It seems like the myofibrilar thing is going strong for him. His muscles feel as hard as the floor/walls/whatever/certainly like an inorganic material.

That's how they are supposed to feel.
Remember when we were kids we would flex our biceps asking someone to check how hard that tiny ball felt...
