Re: Year 2002
Milko,
I don't know how I failed to view this log before, but your transformation and progress are nothing short of miraculous. You bring much to this forum in the way of training and inspiration.

Re: Year 2002
I've got a question about your diet. Why only three meals a day? It seems to go against everything that is said these days. No doubt its working but just wondering.

Sometimes I eat only twice a day, but I eat large amounts of meat.
This is a normal portion for me:
Since with such types of food gastric emptying is slow, I have energy for a long time.

From 1998 till 2004 I worked at a computer. I don't have a big appetite and get full quick. If I don't move I am not hungry. This is why I was 60 kilos while working at a PC all day.
I eat about 2500 kcal a day, but I don't count strictly.
