The fact that you even mention that humbles me. Thank you. Also, I think you are waaaaaaay stronger and smarter than just about 99% of the population. And I'd say that you're leaner than just about anybody on this planet. Period. I wish I had even half of your knowledge.
I restate - I sure wish you were going to be able to make the Summit.

How the heck could someone work up to that dragon flag. That's INSANE.

You must have incredibly strong abs. I can do about 2 or 3 of them (haven't tried for a while) but no where near the amount Milko is doing in that video (or as controled )

Milko - I see you are adding a lot of lean mass. how do you manage that with such low (or NO) fat gain? Do you even count calories or just wing it and eat when hungry?
Are you really focused on timing of your meals (pre- and post-workout?)
Also, do you eat fat after you work out or only lean protein (I know you don't really eat carbs, and I've heard that fat after a workout isn't desirable, but do you think that matters?)
Thanks ...

ljk, I do not cardio.
I gain lean mass by doing strict low-carb - high-fat diet. I eat when I have time; 3-4 times a day; with idea about calories but w/o counting. No focus on PW nutrition. I feel hungry very rarely. To eat, it's not a source of pleasure for me. It's just fuel.

I eat the same (meat+fat; eggs; cheese; salad) all the time; including PW nutrition.
My general opinion is:
• eat low-carb-hign-fat
• train with high intensity
• have faith; feel good; dream; KEEP YOUR MENTAL WORLD LIGHT AND CLEAR; All the science is nothing w/o your mental base. Science is just our contemporary tool to operate with reality. Every tool is nothing w/o its adequate and experienced operator.

When I started this log I was 72 kg. At the end of last year I was 75 kg (as the plan was). But I loose 3 kilos during the holidays. Now I'm 73 kg.
2002 my weight was 60 kg.

You must be a true ectomorph to lose weight while NOT training! My brother is like that.
I like your philosophy. And whatever you are doing must be working...it's refreshing to see someone not obsessed with macros, timing, etc. I am trying to get away from that and just listen to my body and eat when I'm hungry and have the time to do it...
As far as low carb goes, that's pretty much what I do since the carbs make me feel a bit gross.
What are your reasons for avoiding carbs?

Wow. Now if those aren't words to live by I don't know what are. Excellent! Thanks Milko!

oh, haha.
I thought you meant you stopped doing weights on vacation. My brother is one of the skinny types when he stops weights (AND eats) that he seems to just get skinnier.
