Hartman doesn't really want me doing squats so if I could swap it out for some single leg work it looks ok.

well there ya go!

I just wondered, the only thing I really don't care about Waterbury's programs are the "plug in your excersises to this templete". In theory that gives flexibility and makes it customizible. In practice it's really easy to dork up the whole process. I just surf around untill someone posts something that looks like it'd be good and run from there!

So are you all super-motivated\ready to apply all your fab knowledge from the summit?!

I have joined you on Craig's BBW. I did it last summer and loved it. Also I am doing TT:Body Weight workouts on 2 off days. Keep us updated on how you like it.

I stretch like a big dog now. I'm also real aware of the way my legs are moving on exercises. I am also more aware that pain or discomfort in one area is could actually be caused by some a poor movement in another.

After I reread your post I realized you were just repackaging TBT for me but hey what are friends for.

I got some basketball in last night with my neighbors. I should restate that and say that I ran around on a basketball court last night. What I do out there should not be called basketball. I did have some fun and probably burned a few cals in the process.

Kevin only in a fitness forum could you say "I have joined you on Craig's BBW." and not have it turn into some weird swingers conversation.

A1: Incline Bench Press 3 x 8 @ 115
A2: Upright Rows 3 x 8 @ 75

B1: Standing Military Press 3 x 8 @ 75
B2: Bulgarian Spit Squats 3 x 8 @ 30

C3: Seated Calve Raises (Single Leg) 3 x 8 @ 90

I'm haven't yet dug up another routine so I'm continuing on with TBT. My chest is feeling weak but this might be from hitting it at an incline instead of a flat.

Today was a little rough. I haven't done high reps in awhile coupled with it being a tough week. We bought a new house and all that entails as well as more work than one man can do at my place of employment. I'll admit I was queasy even with 2 min rest. Without further ado here is the numers from today.

A1: Incline Bench Press 2 x 15 @ 105
A2: Upright Rows 1 x 15 @ 55, 1 x 15 @ 65

B1: Standing Military Press 1 x 11 @ 65, 1 x 11 @ 55
B2: Bulgarian Spit Squats 2 x 15 @ 25

C1: Dumbbell Curls 2 x 15 @ 25
C3: Seated Calve Raises (Single Leg) 2 x 15 @ 70

I had a pretty good workout today. I made a number of gains across the board which left me in a pretty good mood. One thing I am concerned about is my overall stress level. I'm starting to show some signs of big stress. I need to get that in check and quick. The last time I let it go to long and it wasn't fun. I'm doing these numbers from memory so I may have to edit when I can look at my written log.

4/24/06
A1: Bulgarian Spit Squats 3 x 5 @ 40
A2: Deadlifts 3 x 5 @ 160

B1: Dumbbell Curls 1 x 5 @ 35, 2 x 5 @ 40
B2: Lying Tricep Extension 1 x 5 @ 40, 2 x 5 @ 40

C1: Upright Rows 3 x 5 @ 85
C3: Incline Bench Press 1 x 5 @ 115, 2 x 5 @ 125

Well duh!

Nice improvements with the weights, Gabe. Now, focus on that stress reduction..... that'll be the challenge.

My first spot will be getting more sleep. If that doesn't work I'm moving to the beach and collecting seashells for a living.

I had dough nuts today for the first time in awhile. Wow! What a rush of sugar. Don't worry it won't become a habit. Everything in moderation. Back to your regularly scheduled training log.

Gabe,
Looks like you're making nice progress. Good work. Now step away from the doughnuts.
