My wife frowns on me drinking to much but if you insist I'm sure I could find some co-workers to go have cocktails with tonight

Gabe,
Congrats on finishing the program. You've got some good gains there and you should be proud.

Sorry for the confusion but Wednesday was the last Arm workout. Today was the last workout for the program. Man it was a good one. My legs felt stronger than they have ever been. I messed up the weight count and was 20lbs off. I made that a warm up set and ended up setting a PB for the routine in the end.
My wife and I are headed to the coast on Saturday for a 3 day weekend. I also plan on taking next week off from starting a new program heading into the summit. I think I need some single leg exercises. My wife comments that it looks like I'm using my left leg a little more. In any case I can't wait to take the measurement and see how this phase turned out.
3/28
Workout B
Superset 1
Sumo Squat 1 x 8 @ 135, 1 x 8 @ 145, 1 x 8 @ 155 (went up)
Plank 3 @ 75 seconds
Superset 2
Snatch Grip Romanian DL 2 x 8 @ 125, 1 x 8 @ 130
Neutral Grip Shoulder Press 3 x 8 @ 40
Superset 3
Hammer Curl 3 x 8 @ 30 (went up)
DB Wood chop 2 x 8 @ 30, 1 x 8 @ 35

BFG you were right. I spent all day yesterday with a water bottle in my hand and the next day I lost 4 lbs of bloat.

Gabe,
Nice going. Congrats on finishing the program. Looks like we will both be taking next week as a rest week before the Summit. Enjoy your long weekend. And, remember, push-up practice is permitted. LOL

OK guys I got through the long weekend and I am really red. I learned some valuable lessons about sun screen. As a result I think I am going to truely take this as a rest week and try to heal up and get ready for the Summit. I had intended to do some ab work but the diet and clean eating will have to suffice until I can sleep on my stomach again. I will have some measurements by the end of the week so everyone can see what my progress looks like.

Gabe, i think i'll bring you a gift at the summit.......a calculator.
Congrats on finishing the program!! I'll be interested to see your results. If you don't see increases in size, at least this log is evidence to your increases in strength.

You have to love that I hit a PB when I run out of fingers and toes. You'd never guess I went to grad school. I'm really interested to see if there are any size gains. I only gained 2 lbs. So it can't be much. I feel bigger if that makes any sense.

I had a big long update to my log finished and somehow I erased it with the back button. As a result you are going to get the abbreviated version.
Friday and Saturday of the retreat I hit 1RM on the DL and Bench. Greg, Danny and FlyingM were a tremendous amount of help. Especially Greg. He's a great motivator. He kept me going on Deads until my grip gave out.
Sunday was an amazing trip up the mountain. It wiped out my legs but was well worth the journey.
I was going start Super Hero but decided against it when I found out it was a 4 day commitment. Instead I have been waffling all week. Monday I did another Beach Muscles workout and Wednesday I did a Waterbury TBT workout. I've spent a lot of time stretching and doing Hartman work.
I need a routine. Someone make a suggestion.
