My option tomorrow night is a student recital. I think bassoon, because my teacher said that it was one of his students and he's a bassoon guy.
I almost lied my ass off and told him that I was going home this weekned and that none of the options would work, but I figured I could suck it up and go tomorrow night. I mean, I am done in 10 days anyway.

We can run intervals till we puke,
We lift the heaviest weight we can till we cry,
We kill our selves to be the best we can be, even on days when we don't want to.
We do all this for enjoyment.
Listen to a recital? That's MAD talk!
Get your ass to the recital!

Have fun at the bassoon recital.
There's really no little smiley that could do that sentence justice...

Can't believe you guys are poo-pooing the bassoon recital. Trust me Ninja, if the bassoon player is any good, you'll be impressed.

LMAO!!!! If I go tonight that's all I will be thinking about!!
However, it looks like I could also go at either 7 or 8:30 Sunday. The 7 is intriguing because I know it would be done in an hour or 1:15..... Decisions decisions.
Friday, April 28
Single Leg Air Humps
3x10
Screaming Orgasm Pushups with One Second Thrusts
3x10
Missionary Holds (aka Planks)
4x45 seconds
Diagonal Lunging Thrusts
2x8 @ +15 (EH)
Front Ass Plants
3x8 @ 95
Bent Over Drunk Girl Pickups
3x10 @ 115
Kept my back fairly straight again on the front squats, though I had a little toe flare. My hip flexors are still taking a while to get going, I need to start doing more to help them.
I've also found that it's more getting my ass to sit straight down and starting the movement at my hips, instead of starting with my back and going backwards with my ass when I go down.

I see you have adopted the new names for your excercises.
I especially like "screaming orgasm pushups"...
Do you have a key to what your colorful names mean?
Are you still doing the FS holding the plate out infront of you?
I've been doing them with a 25lb plate sitting down to a bench.

Since I started the front squats with the bar, I have not, but I should probably do a couple of sets of those to loosen up before I do normal front squats.
I also think that they will become an off day activity, although I don't have any weights in my room. I do have them at home though, and I am done with school in less than two weeks. (Thank God.)

Close! Bent Over Rows actually.
Jenn, Hmmmm....... it may be a little different for a female than a male.
Accoriding to the "Which sex position is best for you" chart from Men's Health, we could call them "knees to chest pulls."

If your prof is a bassoonist/musicologist, here's the way to score a major suck-up: say that the prof reminds you of Paul Henry Lang. He was a well-known scholar who did some bassoon on the side.

Good call. Maybe I can up that 48% I got on the last test. (It was the day after the retreat. I had an excuse for not studying)
Well, I went. It was very boring, and he stumbled a little bit in the second piece, grasping for air. But it's over with and I can focus on sports this weekend.
