Damn, that is true, they do cater to the sex crowd. But at the same time, have they corresponded the names to different sex positions.....
Oh great, now I just thought of a paragraph next to each exercise telling you what sex positions you would improve by doing the exercises. Men's Health does have a "what's the best sex position for you" interactive feature on their web site that I could use as a guideline. (Don't ask, it was late one night and I was really bored)
I swear, there is a gold mine in here somewhere....

I believe the second weekend in August. So 8-10ish.
Yeah, still planning to do it, hence the run yesterday. I figured I should start some distance stuff now to be prepared this year, and to maybe lean out a little bit.

Single leg air hump. Classic, Nick.
Good job on adding the Hartman therapy exercises to your routine. His exercises and your names....... it'll sell millions.

I have to admit I entirely lost it when I got to "each hand" on this one...

LMAO!!!!
I probably shouldn't have two "humping" exercises in the same workout. That could lead to imbalances.

Of course. What's not to love about this under armour wearing, air humping, hip flexor stretching beast of a man?
Tuesday, April 25
HIIT
5 minutes @ 3.5
4 rounds; 1 minute @ 10.0, 2 minutes @ 6.5
5 minutes @ 3.5
Could have gone a fifth interval today but was with a buddy and he was done (I made him quit early) and didn't want to keep him waiting.
Lifting and maybe a long run tomorrow. I have to go to a concert tomorrow night for class. Ugh. Last one of the semester though.

Do you want an honest answer?

Why would I want an honest answer when I already know it????
Wednesday, April 26
Diagonal Lunges
2x10 @ +10
Front Ass Plants
3x8 @ 95
Kept my back straight!!!!!
Bent Over Rows
3x8 @ 115
Planks
4x45 seconds
Single Leg Air Humps
3x10
Screaming Orgasm Pushups with one second Thrusts
3x10
Workout was a little different on the order because the ab mats were insanely full when I first got there. That's never happened before. Weird. But the "Pump Room" was empty. Go figure. Long run tonight.
