Power cleans
None till funny knee clears out, actually these will be put on hold for the a few weeks

With a wider grip these are much easier to handle. Can’t wait for next crack at these. For the time being they will be the only form of squat I do to rest my knee.

Good time, getting organized for next cycle of workouts that will start Friday. Will only hit the weights 2X per week for a few weeks till I get a routine down with my new classes I have 2 nights a week. Maybe a day of BW stuff at the apt…
