ok, last bunch of days finally logged, i had been trying to post them all as one and it wouldn't work.

i like that now i can see views of my very boring log. i think i'd get more looks if i named it "no this log is not in kilos"

Past few workouts....
January 27, 2006

Power cleans
None till funny knee clears out, actually these will be put on hold for the a few weeks

OH Press
95 x 8,8,8,6,7

OH Squat
65 x 8
85 x 6,4
95 x 2
105 x 1,1,2

With a wider grip these are much easier to handle. Can’t wait for next crack at these. For the time being they will be the only form of squat I do to rest my knee.

Pullups/Abs
5 pulls then 5 leg raises
5 pulls then 5 leg raises
5 pulls then 5 leg raises

DONE

Chins
6 x 6 x 6 x 3 these are so hard after rows
Tate Press
25s x 2 x 12 x 12


Good time, getting organized for next cycle of workouts that will start Friday. Will only hit the weights 2X per week for a few weeks till I get a routine down with my new classes I have 2 nights a week. Maybe a day of BW stuff at the apt…

HIIT style bball shootaround
Self pass of wall jumpers X a whole lot with 3 or 4 free throws every 8 or so to catch breath and reinforce proper technique/release/extention

Sweaty

Walk 9 golf holes in horizontal rain x 1
Guiness x 1 by fire
Birdies x 0 grrr

Sunday

Superbowl viewage x 1
Exploded pyrex glass baking dish x 1
