Feeling much better today. Still have a headache and a runny nose but I can breath and the "damn that's infected" stuff coming out of various holes is lessening! Been taking some over the counter stuff, I kinda think that over-hydrating probibly made the difference.

Mon 13th
A1: DB Squat 3x8 @ 71.5
B1: DB Split Squat w\back foot elevated 3x8 @ 44
B2: DB Calf Raise 3x10 50
C1: Reverse Lunge 3x12 @ 22
C2: Side Plank 3x30 sec

yeah...take the 13th and convert to whatever day that it should be

A1: Pullup 3x8@ +5lbs
A2: DB Mil Press 2x8@ 44 1x6@ 50
B1: incline DB Tri Ext 3x12@ 22
B2: hammer curl 3x8 @ 27.5
C1: DB Chop 3x12@ 27.5

Still feeling pretty crappy and it really affected this workout. Went in not feeling it and it never picked up. The lack of consistancy is probibly playing a role too. Thx all for the words.

thx hr

fell another day behind (still have another day to spare though ) actually felt pretty decent yesterday but didn't feel like going in before work again, and after work is kinda hard. I'm supposed to get off at 9:30, gym closes at 10. normally don't stay past 9 but even still I like to have the bubble.

sinus' are still acting up but I'm deffinately feeling human again. probibly as well as I've felt on a whole for some time now. yay team! really looking forward to the next step in the training too. these past two months have been really simular. they're effective but it seems like I've been doing the same thing for two long. must change it up a little!

DB Rear Delt Raise 3x12 10

Best workout I've had for a while now. the head being clogged means out of breath a lot quicker and longer than I'd like but whatcha gonna do?!

same weights you say?! MADNESS...actually starting to feel comfortible with these and getting the form decent. The Squats could be heavier, the split squats are just freaking murder, lunges are ok but the next weight would be too much.

haven't been eating much the past two days. just have been feeling really bloated and not hungry\tired of force feeding. now I'm hungry so it's time to grub.

probibly going to switch to a 3 day split next week. my wife is babysitting now and it'd just be easier on all of us if one workout was on weekend\laundry day and only two days a work week really required special effort. Requires a little reworking of the schedule, more clerical than actual adjustments. The waterbury program will have to change. I was thinking about dropping the fat loss month(s) and change them to more endurance\gpp based...dunno need to look real hard at what I already have.

Will probibly start working some light running back in. The knee is feeling better finally and low impact shouldn't hurt anything but certainly will help when it comes time to run\run.

Awesome workout Gobbla. Those db split squats are murder on me too!! Feel the burn.. Sure lights a fire under your ass! Good luck on reworking your schedule hope you get a plan together that works.

hmmm am I the only one that loves those split squats??? Don't you love the burn?? It's like a slow fire creeping up on ya and makes you wanna cry, atleast you know they are doing something. I'm at around 40lbs each hand on those and they are the best. Kick your ass is a good way.

jen> that's really inpressive that you're doing 40 each hand, that's what I'm doing. course I'm a girly man BUT STILL! My leg lifts have always sucked, esp unilateral stuff, but we'll keep plugging away at it and one day I'll be a big boy like danny.

gaaaaaaaa...thought I'd improved more but didn't figure out the conversions in my head (went to the US gym ie...lbs instead of kg). the incline presses were fairly easy. the BO rows weren't too bad. decent workout all around.

I have a board on thurs...so eating light for the next few days. Gotta be sure I fit into my pretty pants! That's shakey ground right there. FORTUNATELY I took it too the dry cleaners already and it's pressed and ready to go. Took 6 months to break down in do it but hey it's done. After thurs, we'll cont. getting fat.

did some stretches out of MF...quick and to the point...me likey

odd moment of the day:
the shower stalls aren't really sensitive towards your "not wanting to see swinging dick" and as you walk out you're consantly facing SOMEONE. Well it just so happened that the center stall (last one in the corador) there's Mr. Man facing the world...dick all pooched out...lathering that mother fucker like there's no tommorrow. would comment farther but why?
