Good job, G. When are you going to start racing? :p
Sorry about the unfortunate injury. Maybe you need some $20/pair Under Armour briefs for proper pecker protection???

sometimes you might get the burny pee and think back fondly at how you got it...not the case this time. fortunately it seemed to heal quick. gotta admit that's the first time that's happened before.
Today 3m untimed
pushups 60+40
IFFFFF, I get my 3m under 20 I might go out on the fun run stuff on base and whatnot. Otherwise I'll probibly hold off on the racing untill the next assignment. With the changing shifts early\late\early\late every week and the new kiddo and the older kiddo. Daddy's training is pretty much back burner and the source of just about as much stress as happiness right now

Perhaps running with a condom would solve this burning issue, as well.

I'm alive and glad to see you're still posting away Tony. We close on the house at the end of the month and this insane amount of driving stops. To add insult to injury, like LD my computer is also on the fritz. It keeps just randomly turning off on me. I think it's a sign.
I'll be back. I do admit the longer you stay away the easier it is to stay off this place. Somewhere along the lines it's lost some charm.

Gabe, Welcome back. Sucks about the PC.
I started feeling like I didn't have enough time to fit this place in, so I just do the fun stuff. For instance, I've been working out, just not logging it here. Part of it was that I really didn't have a solid plan until just the other day... And, I felt like if I started logging I'd HAVE to keep it up. I was pretty swamped for a while.
I'm fixin' to start again. I think. I actually typed one up yesterday and then didn't hit "post." It's a big step for some reason.
Don't stay away so long.

Thanks Tony. I want to do the log again but until this week I haven't been that consistent in my gym work. All the other posting I can do without. Let the guys who are looking for work do that. I've got a job.
The stress is just part of life. The boy is in a new and better school, the house is nicer (daddy gets a media room), and the community has all the things I want for my children. I just have to put up with getting there If any one knows a sprinkler guy and cabinet maker in the area I'm open for suggestions.

They're even better when you envision them with a Texas accent.

My accent isn't that bad until I get a couple of drinks in me. I do talk fast, loud and sometimes a lot.

Anyone remember a cartoon character named "Speedy Gonzales."
Speedy G, that's what you are.
Nice going.

I like to make fun of my wife, whenever she gets a drink in her she turns hard core texan accent . After my PT test I'll probibly swap over to mainly lifting. It'll be a month or three though. We'll have to keep an eye on LD and see what he likes the UOSM. Course Waterbury's new book ought to be coming out too. Might have to do some creative shipping options depending on who's selling it. Fuckers.
I like the XFit stuff, but my knee really won't support most of it. The running is ok...but anything with a big ROM just cripples me. Took five months to learn that...squats = bad...stepups = really bad...deadlifts = kinda bad. Hopefully one day I'll grow up to be big and strong and manly like HardRox . Mabey, MABEY even Mahler
K. Looks more impressive on paper than in real life . I'll do a set and knock out however many, but their's resting in the up (pike) position untill the number is reached. After 40 or so I start to peter out. Getting better though!
*********
PT is manditory\manditory now. Did my first time in a long time today. Volunteered to lead it earlier in the day, don't think anyone really cared since I did lackluster on the test and was sucking wind hard the last session I went to. But then had a dominate performance on the track . *My* Major came up and said "make it happen" and the Col. gave me "sprinter of the day" kudo's. It's really a "land of the blind" thing but still got the warm and fuzzy from it.
400m Indian run x 8 every lap was split with 30sec of one of the following pushup\situp\lunge\high step. The calistenic part was pretty half ass on my part, the sprints were my bitch
