Oops...I used to work in banking, maybe that's where the "bank" came from. Thanks Craig for clarifying.
Ok Cap, PM on it's way...and yeah, I guess I should have put 20 or 30-somethings, hell, even 40...I just wanted to make sure they were legal..lol.
Finally, I woke up feeling a little better. I haven't been able to do anything all week...grrrr. Bodyweight today and Saturday, then I will do week 4 of TT starting Monday since I pretty much had to scrap it this week. But I've been keeping my cals up to around 2,000 even though sick, so I don't believe I've lost anything...maybe a pound or two. Going to take measurements and pics at the end of next week.

Just finished up another Bodyweight Workout. I think this one made me sweat more than the first one!
Warm-up (Circuit performed 2x..no rest)
10 reps of prisoner squats
20 reps bicycle crunch
10 reps kneeling pushups
Workout (Supersets..max 30sec rest between sets)
Bodyweight Step-ups: 3setsx8reps
Stick-ups: 3x8 (these are much harder than they look!)
Split Squat w/Front Foot Elevated: 3x8
Kneeling close-grip Push-up: 3x8
Bicycle Crunch: 3x20
1-leg Hip Extension: 3x8

Ok, so I feel worse today then I have all last week. Asthma kicked in now so using the inhaler. Just slept about 3 hours and feel even worse..damnit!! Think I need a hot, steamy shower (hehe..that's for you OG [img]/images/graemlins/wink.gif[/img] )Going to try to get in to the docs on Monday. Since I've felt bad for over a week and seems to be traveling to the lungs, better get some drugs to clear it up. Still trying to get in all my cals. Made a big protein shake with some fruit today...coldness felt pretty good. Might have to make another [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]
