Yeah, I started this earlier this year and stopped due to several reasons, but mostly laziness. Lisa got me a bench and rack system for my birthday which makes it a lot easier to move through the workout. (And I like my workouts as easy as possible! )

Oh, and I do like the Cubans!

Cubans with DB's = DOMS for the first couple of weeks. I did Cubans with a barbell for awhile and thought "this ain't that bad" but then switch to DB's. Ouch!

Nice score on the rack and the bench. I want to get a similar setup!

Bicycle Crunch 3 X 15 X Each Side (slow count)
Planks 3 X 10 sec.
Supermans 3 X 10 sec.

Legs are a little tight from yesterday's squats, lunges and deadlifts.

Just getting tired of being all leg. Besides, a little upper body would be good for carrying canoes and bikes in adventure races...not to mention the climbing. Time to get serious.

6 trips across the bridge.

10 miles on the mountain bike (4 trips across bridge and a lot of riding around)

5K run (2 trips across the bridge)
