How cool would it be to drive up to your next race with your bike in the back of an El Camino!
Are you going to start some upper body work too?

Dude, that was the first thing Lisa said when she saw it. I proceeded to tell here how I had already figured out where the racks would be to fit the most bikes.
Mary - Give us a little time on the photos. Nobody wants to see pictures of boxes...

no way do you get time ODB! you need to post before and after pics.. make sure to weigh all the boxes and note how many time you lifted them. also are you super setting the rooms à little of each one or finishing one completely? What specific goals do you have? for what time period?

Team ODB went out on a 33 mile road ride on Sunday morning. We included a hard push up Fort Roots and a couple of sprints (usually when we wanted to blow past someone.) A beautiful ride.

I'm currently up at Mount Magazine State Park (Highest point in the state and home to a new 33 million dollar lodge). We are opening on Monday but I had to come up to train some front counter people so I have the opportunity to stay the night.
As far as training - I swam laps in the indoor pool. Not sure of the distance but I did about 30 minutes worth. This place is awesome. Here is the link to the park:

Got up and did a 3 miler around the mountain. Time was good but my knee hurt since I forgot my brace.

I'm baaaack! from new job, moving family, too darn hot, no races coming up excuses.
Okay, no more excuses now. I've got a sprint tri on August 19th. This morning....5k with huge hills in about 31 minutes. I will get it down to less than 30 in the next 2 weeks.

Well other than the obvious on OLN, my son and I went backpacking last weekend and he kicked my butt on the trails! Also some recent poor performance on the mountain bike.

Not much of a program but he does play tennis almost daily and does some very basic lifting. I haven't been able to get him on a regular program at all. Of course the fruit doesn't fall far from the tree.

Trying to do enough to excuse eating at the ballfield last night. I went for a hilly 5k but only made it about 2.5 miles before grinding down to a walk. Second day back is always tough but I'll keep it together!!!
