Diet for bulking:

morning meal5.30am)
6 egg whites,1 chicken breast and 1 sweet potatoe(small)
7.30-1 bannana,met-rx protein shake and 2 fish oil caps
9.30-tuna,rice,veggies and pint of milk
11.30-1 bannana,1 apple,1 handful of nuts
1.30-chicken breast,wholewheat pasta and 1 pint of milk(2 flaxseed caps and multi vit)
3.30-light pre workout meal.Chicken breast and rice
4.30-post workout supreme whey shake
6.15-6 egg whites,turkey,and brown rice
8.45-nuts,bananna,and apple
9.30-casein protein shake

This is my bulking plan gonna give it a go,it cannot hurt!

BB: What's the basis for this routine? Did you make it yourself?

That's a helluva goal for chest and arm growth! Best of luck!

By the way, what's the advantage of the dessicated liver tablets over say, regular aminos and vitamins?

To tell you the truth rock hard i took the leg and chest routines from ian kings workout from a while back that looked pritty dam good.I just did the rest myself its a bit of a mix but i will give it a go as i may try a german volume routine i saw over t-nation.

Yeah Rockhard i set big goals and hope to meet them,i am gonna go hard with the diet and eat as much as possible,i may add some more stuff i there in 3 weeks when i get hungry.

Well RockHard by taking brewers yeast and dessicated liver tablets together you will cover all 22 amino acids in great ratios to complete muscle growth and recovery.It is a very cheap way of making sure you get all the amino acids you need instead of taking an amino acid supplement thats expensive.Plus important B vitamins for protein synthesis and amino acid metabolism and what even better is that is contains 1-2 grams of protein per tablet.And also i have heard that they have anti-oestrogen factors which keeps testosterone levels high and oestrogen levels low.
