Diet for bulking:
morning meal

5.30am)
6 egg whites,1 chicken breast and 1 sweet potatoe(small)
7.30-1 bannana,met-rx protein shake and 2 fish oil caps
9.30-tuna,rice,veggies and pint of milk
11.30-1 bannana,1 apple,1 handful of nuts
1.30-chicken breast,wholewheat pasta and 1 pint of milk(2 flaxseed caps and multi vit)
3.30-light pre workout meal.Chicken breast and rice
4.30-post workout supreme whey shake
6.15-6 egg whites,turkey,and brown rice
8.45-nuts,bananna,and apple
9.30-casein protein shake
This is my bulking plan gonna give it a go,it cannot hurt!
