This training log will be short sweet and to the point it will contain just PB's and/or major lifts. I do not have much time this semester as I am taking 3 computer science courses and 2 math courses. Next semester will be 4 Math and 2 Computer Science so I will be busier.

Dumbell Press 5x5- up to 75x5 for last two sets

deadlift 325x2

bench 205 x 1

GPP
Attempt One Arm Pullups (No stabilization arm just one arm!!) half way up numerous time

musclcle ups on straights bar completed 2 reps

kettlebell swings 32kg

kettlebell snatch 20kg

double arm clean and jerk 25 kgs each arm x 10 REPPSS!!

Good workout today

Bench -- yea not so great 185x2 then stopped bad day

then 3 muscleups in a row

and double arm kettlebell clean and jerk 2 24 kilos

Im abbreviated Im doing S2B in which 2 main excercises are 2x4/3/2 so I just said waves...

Bench wave to 205x1 and 1.4

Deadlift Waves to 345x2

Bench not so good

Any tips my bench seems to be stagnant and going down. Is DLing right before taking too much out of me. Over the weekend I did some lockouts and stability pushups and overhead extension to stregnthen my lockout which is where my weakspot is. Any advice appreciated

well, that's the tricep area if I am understanding the problem right. Try using the smith machine and setting it up right where your sticking point is and so partials there.

yea I was very happy the prior time when I went for I did 135 with a slight bit of leg push. This time good form no push.
