BREAKFAST
1 c BranFlakes
½ c 1% milk
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 coffee

SNACK
3 Breton crackers
coffee

LUNCH
1 can sardines
veggies
1 orange
diet coke

SNACK
3 Breton Crackers
1 apple


SUPPER
½ 2% cottage cheese
1 tbsp peanut butter
scrambled eggs with ½ c canned green beans
green tea

SNACK
Peanuts
4% cheddar chees
decaf coffee

One-A-Day multivitamin

60 minutes Eliptical low intensity

I can't feel any change in the shoulder, I again woke up last night because of it. but it's difficult to judge. I'm doing the stretching I'm supposed to.

worked up.. I think I'll relax more when I see the new fitness program.

I would so need some comfort food just now..

*EDIT* wrote to my bf instead..

I found 7 reasons I may be so "weak" emotionally just now.. at least I know where the feeling is comming from.. so I'll try to reason through it .. instead of eating to forget it.

*EDIT* got to try to do some "feel good" stuff.. or find some *feel good" thoughs..

Will Haskell, from the Youth Athletic Development Discussion threads, is going very genourouly to plan my new program.. I'm all excited about that.. but the only thing I know about it.. is that when I sent him an e-mail outlining what is in my LOLL he answered :
