Now, my after bulking pics. No tan, and a fat ass gut. Be kind. Sorry, I've got no idea how to make the pics any bigger.

At last, at last, the photos we've all been waiting for! Ho-lee Shiii-yat!! No doubt you've gotten a lot bigger. That second one from the bottom (back view, arms flexed) really shows how much you've gained in your shoulders.

I can't get over how different your face looks, though. The hair and the goatee make a big difference, plus your cheeks have filled out some with the weight gain.

You've put in an awesome amount of work and earned some amazing results there.

And it's been quite an experience following along. I knew in theory how bulking was supposed to work, but actually seeng the transformation and following your workouts, stats and your diet and all was incredibly informative and educational. I can imagine in six months, a year or so, someone will post a question like, "what do I do to bulk up?" and the response will be "here's how it's done" with a link to your log.

Congratulations on a job well done! I can't wait to see the transformation happen with the cutting now.

Thanks RB. I don't really think it looks like I put on much but I suppose it's because of the fat gain. I'm hoping that come April I'll blow that before pic away. I guess I didn't realize what good shape I was in in those before pics until I see them side by side with my current body. Wow. That there is some motivation to get cut.

Not trying to be a bad guy here but why gain all that body fat? I'm not seeing that advantage. You looked great in the before pics.

I disagree. Of course when you take in that many calories you will gain the BF. I can tell you have gained size overall but especially arms and back. After a good cutting routine you'll be set buddy. GOOD work. And fuck a tan.

Thanks.
No worries. I wanted to gain a good amount of new muscle and I had to eat an excess of calories to get my muscles to grow. I was eating right at 5000 calories a day. While it wasn't the goal to gain fat, when you're eating that many calories you can't help but get some extra fat. Now my new goal is to trim off that fat and hopefully end up a little bigger and a little sharper that my before pics.

So whadda I say. Not a gym rat, a GYM MONSTER!!

Great work. You can really see it in the back and arms and legs. Once you shed a bit of the lard, the difference will really be eye popping. Great work.

GR, congrats on finishing your bulking program. You can certainly see some significant size gains. The true "after" pics however will come in a few months once you've finished the cutting program you're starting on and we can compare the true "before" and "after" pics. I have every confidence you will not only achieve your goals but that the pics will show it loudly and clearly. Nice work so far, bud. Your dedication continues to be inspirational.
