No motivation again today. Maybe it is a Monday thing, I don't know. I haven't slept as much as I normally do, that could have something to do with it. I am very tired, but I haven't had a chance to take a nap, nor will I for the rest of the day. I am really glad that I am done with these workouts. They have really taken a lot out of me. 2 to go, and the week's hardest is behind me.

Chinups

Bent Over Rows
2x10 @ 80

Russian Twists

My elbows felt like they were about to tear apart on the chinups. Good thing I am done with "B." For some reason they don't feel it on the pullups, maybe it's the neutral grip.

I had to close my eyes on my last rep of the hang cleans to get it up. I'm just glad I didn't fall over, although I did almost whack myself in the face with the bar many a time today bringing it down. Weird.

After 1 PM, the upstairs now is "Uptempo" workouts; where they basically just mess with the lights and jack up the music. With the right music, it is pretty cool.

Nick, you've made good progress over the course of phase 3 on those chinups. +40 is sweet given your size. I think I'm gonna use your version of Workout B tomorrow as I had such a sh*tty time with B last week. I will do my chins in B and then see how my shoulder handles a weighted pullup in C. We're almost done this phase, man. Looking forward to IV. [img]smile.gif[/img]

Goodbye P3!!! And good riddance! My joints have been popping constantly, and the heavy weights were really taking a toll. I didn't go up because I was extremely tired, and I injured my lower leg kicking the football around. (I am a little kid in a big kid's body.) It hurts like a mofo!

Yeah, very nice squats, Nick. I feel the same way about the end of Phase 3. It kicked ass but it's nice to be moving on while my body is still in one piece! [img]smile.gif[/img] Hope the leg heals up quickly.

Good work Ninja, your squats are coming along nicely. I am very interested to see how "Perfect 10" supplements your training. I have been working on(I have been unable to be consistent the last month or so) adding additional single lift workouts into my routine for a different body part every day, but the idea of focusing on a single body part for an extended time is very interesting. Keep up the hard work.
