Today's log entry sux. I do rest day on wednesday and was hoping I could continue with my thursday upper body workout...but I pulled a little something between my shoulder blades Tuesday. Pretty sure I did it on the bent over rows. Went too heavy on my first set.

Anyway...I ran a mile and then did 30 stories of stair climbing. Worked up a great sweat. But I miss the lifting.

Not sure about tomorrow either. It's not a bad injury...but I don't want it to turn into one.

Patience is a critical virtue in lifting.

Friday - Jan.13th

PHASE IV

(Ran 1 mile and then 30 floors down and up to warm up)sweeet Jesus..those stairs are brutal.

THREE SUPERSETS
A1-Rev Pushups 3x5(subbed sternum pullups to make up for screwing up last monday)
A2-Inc DB Press3x5x50,55, 60

B1-Swiss Ball Should Press 2x8x25
B2-High Pulls 2x8x65

C1-Rev Flys 2x10x10
C2-Cross Body Cab Ext Rot 2x10x10

Can't stop thinking about the half marathon. [img]smile.gif[/img]
